We have recently welcomed to our range two new Sparkling wines – a Pinot Noir Chardonnay and a Moscato. In honour of the beauty and charm of the Southern Highlands, we have named our new range ‘Highland Bling’.
Tasting Notes: Sweet with peach and orange blossom characteristics.
Matching: Pairs perfectly with aromatic spices as found in Chinese foods. Also matches with light meats such as chicken or flaky fish.
