In the Southern Highlands wine growing region, the opportunity exists for a small winery to achieve wines of great interest, quality and distinctiveness. Our wines reflect the regional varietal character of the fruit from our site and the style of the winemaker.
The cool climate of the Southern Highlands allows us to create wines that are slightly lower in alcohol with less acidity. This area is conducive to growing premium white grapes and light but flavoursome red grapes.
