The 2022 Fume Blanc was made at Joadja Vineyard and Winery in Berrima.  Named for the morning fog that covers the Loire Valley, this wine mirrors classic French wine-making styles.

Tasting Notes:  Lightly oaked in French Hogsheads, this wine is bursting with tropical fruit flavours, creamy vanillin oak and fresh acidity.
