Christmas 08 Wine Pack Special

Joadja’s next  ‘MUSIC in the VINES” event  will be on the January 2009 long weekend, Sunday 25th from 1pm and will have a FOLK theme.

Come amd join us for an afternoon of music, wine and relaxation on Sunday 25th January and then enjoy Australia Day at beautiful Berrima the next day.

Joadja Chardonnay

2008 Joadja Chardonnay.

Coming into summer we are just about to release our 2008 Chardonnay which has the aroma of apple cider and the palate of limes and citrus.

Unusually, this year, we finished the fermentation in oak hogsheads ( 500 litre size) which gives this crisp dry wine a subtle oak character.

Drink now, or cellar further for more complexity.

Spring has been wonderful this year with good rains and warm days producing lush foliage and exquisite flowers. A great start for the growing season…..especially for our grapevines.
