A beautiful fruit liqueur made from fresh local boysenberries (some berries sourced from the Alpine Berry Farm in the Southern Highlands, who also make fine jams& sauces).
The colour and flavour of the fruit is extracted through maceration, not fermentation thus retaining the character of fresh fruit. Brambelini comes packaged in a gorgeous clear, full-height half bottle (very tall and slim with a hand dipped seal). This liqueur is rich and sweet, and at 21% alcohol, quite strong.
We recommend serving Brambelini straight over ice, or topped with champagne, or as a mixer or with fruit and ice-cream.
